The Vietnam Food Bank Network was established with the mission of connecting organizations, individuals, businesses and communities to collect and distribute surplus food to people in need.
The Network Development Council will carry out many practical activities to achieve the above goals, including: Establishing and maintaining food banks in localities across the country, from big cities to rural areas.
Launch food waste awareness campaigns through media, community events and social activities. Enable producers, distributors, charities and volunteers to work together to optimize resources and meet food needs.
Provide training programs on food management, safe food storage and food conservation measures to organizations and individuals.
