Bac Yen Construction Investment Project Management Board said that on July 1st and June 27th, the unit coordinated with Ta Khoa Commune People's Committee to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support for the provincial road 120C project (Yen Chau - Ta Khoa).
Organizations, households and individuals whose land was recovered have received compensation and support according to regulations.
Through two phases, 49 subjects received money, including 1 organization and 48 households and individuals. The total recovered land area is more than 126,171m2, with a total payment cost of more than 17.4 billion VND.
In which, phase 1 implemented payments to 19 subjects in Trông Dê village, the total recovered area is more than 52,284m2, with a budget of more than 7.17 billion VND.
Phase 2 is to pay to 30 households and individuals in Nhan Noc village, the recovered area is 73,887.5m2, with a total amount of more than 10.23 billion VND.
The payment is carried out publicly, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of the people, contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance. When completed, provincial road 120C will strengthen traffic connections, creating motivation for socio-economic development for the region.
