It is known that the area where the incident occurred is the area near the Song Mang bridge on Ho Chi Minh road, passing through Thuc Phan ward (old Hung Dao commune).
At the scene, the 7-seat black car was damaged at the front and almost lying on the asphalt road. The 48-seat passenger car of Hanh Thuyen bus company fell half of its way onto the embankment after the collision.
