Initially, it was determined that on the evening of September 20, N.D.T.N (born in 1993, residing in Hamlet 2, Phuoc Thanh Commune, Ho Chi Minh City) was driving a car with license plate 61K-127.24 from Tan Phu Street to DH 507 Street.
When reaching the intersection, there was a traffic accident with a motorbike with license plate 61F1-031.30 carrying Ms. N.T.T.V (born in 1989, residing in Hamlet 6, An Long Commune, Ho Chi Minh City) and her 2 young children. As a result, all three mother and child died.

The police determined that the initial cause was that the car driver did not give way when driving from the branch road to the main road, leading to a traffic accident. The blood alcohol test result of driver N.D.T.N was 50mg/100ml.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police is considering prosecuting the case and prosecuting the accused for the crime of "Violating regulations on road traffic participation".
