M (born in 1971, residing in Kẻ Sặt commune) traveling on TL 396 from Hồng Châu commune to Thanh Miện collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. V.V.G (born in 1977, residing in Nam Thanh Miện commune). As a result, the collision killed Mr. G at the scene.
On the same day, March 15, at about 0:27 am at the intersection between road 362 and road 404 in Cam La village, Kien Thuy commune, a serious accident also occurred. At this time, a motorbike traveling from road 404 to 362 (driver not yet identified), carrying N.M. H (born in 2003) and N.D. V (born in 1987, both residing in Nghi Duong commune, Hai Phong) crashed into a banyan tree on the sidewalk. As a result, H died at the scene.
