The incident occurred at about 7:20 am on March 11 at km19+100 TL391 in La Tinh Nam village, Tu Ky commune. At this time, a truck driven by Mr. N.V.P (born in 1999, residing in Chi Minh commune) heading from Chi Minh commune to Tu Ky collided with a motorbike traveling in the same direction driven by Ms. H.T. H (born in 1986, residing in Chi Minh commune). As a result, Ms. H died at the scene.
Functional agencies determined that the preliminary cause was that Mr. P drove the car without keeping a safe distance, not paying attention to observation, causing a traffic accident.
On the same day, at 12:15 pm, in Hai Ho village, Ha Bac commune, a traffic accident also occurred between a motorbike driven by Mr. N.Q. G (born in 1993) going in the direction of Lai Vu bridge - Cam Lo village and a motorbike driven by Mr. B.D. T (born in 1951, also residing in Ha Bac commune) going in the direction of Chieu market to Ha Bac inter-communal road. As a result, Mr. T was injured. The preliminary cause was that Mr. G was not paying attention to observation while driving. Mr. T drove the car from the branch road to the main road without giving way as prescribed.
