According to information from authorities, the accident occurred at around 7:00 p.m., passing through Khay Phau village, Quang Duc commune.
The truck with license plate 14C-358.xx, driven by Mr. Ly Cam Ch (born in 2001, residing in Tinh A village, Quang Duc commune), was moving from Bac Phong Sinh border gate to National Highway 18.
Upon arriving at the location, the truck collided with a motorbike carrying two people, Truong A. S (born in 1991) and Ly Ph. Th (born in 1996), both residing in Chan Mui village, Quang Duc commune. It is currently unknown who was driving the motorbike.
The consequences of the accident caused both Mr. S and Mr. Th to die on the spot, while the two vehicles were only slightly damaged.
Currently, Hai Ha district authorities are investigating to clarify the cause of the incident and handling it according to the provisions of law.
