On October 30, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department units are investigating the accident between a motorbike and a container truck that killed 1 person.
Initial information, the accident occurred at around 9:00 a.m. the same day on My Phuoc Tan Van road, passing through Phuc Dat residential area, Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The deceased victim was identified as B.T.B (born in 1987, from Ca Mau).
At that time, Ms. B.T.B was driving a motorbike on My Phuoc Tan Van road from Ben Cat to An Phu.
When reaching the section passing through Phuc Dat residential area, a container truck suddenly had an accident. The accident left the seriously injured victim lying motionless on the road.
Discovering the accident, people ran to support the victim. However, when checking, people discovered that Ms. B.T.B had died. The incident was reported to the authorities immediately.
At the scene, Ms. B.T.B's motorbike was still in the lane for rudimentary vehicles. The victim's body was lying in the car lane. The container truck drove a short distance forward and stopped.
Upon receiving the report, units under the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department were present to examine the scene, conduct an autopsy, and take statements from those involved. The cause of the accident is being investigated by the authorities.
