At this time, Mr. P.V.K (born in 1986, residing in Nam Dong village, Chi Linh ward) was driving a car towards National Highway 18 to Nam Dong residential group when he collided with a bicycle driven by Mr. D.D.T (born in 1954, residing in the same village) traveling in the opposite direction. As a result, Mr. T died at the scene.
The preliminary cause was that Mr. K was driving on the wrong side of the road, causing the accident.
