Through reconnaissance and grasping the situation in the area, Nho Quan Commune Police have just inspected, discovered, and caught red-handed 3 subjects with acts of illegal drug use in the area.
During the inspection, Nho Quan Commune Police discovered in the bedroom of Dinh Cao Cuong's house (born in 1985, residing in Nho Quan commune) that 3 subjects were illegally using drugs. The subjects included Dinh Cao Cuong (the homeowner), Dao Cam Cuong (born in 1993) and Vu Van Giang (born in 1993), all residing in Phu Son commune, Ninh Binh province.
At the scene, functional agencies seized 2 bags of methamphetamine with a total weight of 0.8g; 1 set of drug use tools, 2 mobile phones and many related exhibits.
Currently, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency has issued a decision to temporarily detain Dinh Cao Cuong and Dao Cam Cuong for investigation and clarification of the acts of organizing the illegal use of narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics.
