Previously, at nearly 11:00 a.m. on September 17, when the patrol team of Traffic Police Team No. 2 was on duty to handle the situation of students violating traffic safety order, they discovered N.T.T (15 years old) driving a motorbike 72D1 - 027.xx, behind carrying T.V.T (14 years old) and T.M.P (15 years old) not wearing a helmet. Stopping the vehicle for inspection, the force discovered T.M.P sitting behind holding a homemade knife.
Therefore, the traffic police force drew up a record of the violation and temporarily detained the vehicle. At the same time, the 3 teenagers were handed over to Ba Ria Ward Police for further verification. Initially, the subjects confessed to taking weapons to a secondary school in Long Huong ward because they were scheduled to fight.
