According to the indictment of the People's Procuracy, stemming from the conflict arising between Tran Thanh Hai and B.T.K.D (former director of H.L Company - the name of the enterprise for abbreviations) about Hai thinks that the competent itself is with D management and administration of the entire operation of the company but not accepted by H.L Company.
