On July 19, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police organized a training course on receiving, issuing, and exchanging driving licenses (GPLX) for police officers and soldiers at the commune and ward levels after the arrangement of administrative units.
Participating in the training course were 35 officers and soldiers who are performing the task of receiving, issuing, and exchanging driving licenses in the area.
In the theoretical section, the reporter thoroughly grasps Circular 12 of 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the testing and granting of driving licenses; granting and using international driving licenses.
At the same time, disseminate Decision 3479 of 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of granting, exchanging and re-issuing driving licenses under the authority of the Ministry of Public Security.
In the practical section, officers and soldiers are instructed to operate directly on the driving license management system of the Traffic Police Department; practice the steps of operating equipment for granting and exchanging driving licenses.
The training work helps the Commune and Ward Police clearly understand their roles and responsibilities in their work; grasp legal regulations, ensure proper, serious and effective implementation.
This activity is considered practical, aiming to improve professional capacity, promptly update new regulations in administrative management of driving licenses, contribute to reforming administrative procedures and improving the quality of service to the people.
