Fire prevention and rescue training for commune chairmen and vice chairmen

Cao Bang - Provincial Police organized a training course on fire prevention and fighting and rescue for Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Commune People's Committees.

On September 25, Cao Bang Provincial Police organized a training program on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue (PCCC & CNCH) for Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Commune People's Committees in the province.

Attending and directing were Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, along with leaders, officers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department and 122 comrades and students.

The program takes place over 2 days (September 25 - 26, 2025) with key contents: legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting & search and rescue; knowledge, skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, escape, rescue; regulations on administrative sanctions in this field.

Through training, trainees are supplemented with legal knowledge, improve State management capacity, and contribute to the effective implementation of fire prevention and fighting & search and rescue at the grassroots level.

In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Binh requested lecturers to convey concise and practical knowledge, focusing on solving difficulties and problems in practice.

At the same time, he emphasized that Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Commune People's Committees need to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with classroom discipline, and fully absorb knowledge to effectively apply it in fire prevention and fighting and rescue work in the locality.
