Initial information, at around 9:00 p.m. on September 22, a fire broke out at a house in lane 175 Lac Long Quan Street (Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi).
Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nam Trung (residing in Tay Ho Ward - a witness at the scene) said that after the fire broke out, some people immediately reported it to the authorities.
After receiving the report, the fire police and fire trucks quickly arrived at the scene.
Because the house was on fire deep in the alley, the soldiers had to pull a water cable inside to put out the fire.
During the fire extinguishing process, the soldiers promptly took an injured person to the hospital for emergency care.
At about 9:50 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically under control.
Currently, the authorities are blocking the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the fire.
