On December 20, the Da Nang City Youth Union coordinated with the City Traffic Safety Committee to organize a program to summarize and award the Infographic Design Contest to propagate and disseminate laws on traffic safety and order with the theme "Do not hand over vehicles to people who are not qualified to drive vehicles in traffic".
The contest was launched and posted for online voting on the Danang Traffic Safety fanpage, attracting the participation of more than 300 individuals and teams from units in the city.
The main objective of the competition is to use creative graphic forms to convey important messages about traffic laws, especially emphasizing the importance of not entrusting a vehicle to someone who is not qualified to drive it.
Thereby, the program contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of union members, youth and people of all walks of life in participating in safe and civilized traffic.
The program also combines the awarding of the Writing Contest about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Ly Tu Trong (October 20, 1914 - October 20, 2024).
The contest was organized to honor and spread the spirit of patriotism, the steadfast revolutionary will, and the noble values that comrade Ly Tu Trong left behind. Notably, the contest received more than 100 entries, demonstrating the deep concern and affection of many union members and young people for a steadfast and respected historical figure.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thao - Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union shared: "The City Youth Union also expressed its recognition and appreciation for the creativity and responsibility of individuals and teams participating in the two competitions.
At the same time, we would like to express our deep gratitude to the accompanying units, especially the close coordination from the City Traffic Safety Committee in successfully organizing these meaningful propaganda and educational activities."
