On April 17, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Lam Dong Provincial Police said that they had invited people to work and handle those involved in the case of a teenager driving a motorbike wheeling and posting a clip on social networks.

Previously, through area management and monitoring of cyberspace, the traffic police force discovered a clip recording a teenager driving a motorbike on one wheel on Hoang Van Thu street (Duc Trong commune), posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.
The Traffic Police Department coordinated with Duc Trong Commune Police to verify and clarify that the vehicle driver was N.D. M (15 years old, 9th grade student), carrying D. Q. T (17 years old, also residing in the locality).
At the police station, the teenagers admitted their violations.
Functional forces have made records for the following violations: driving a vehicle on one wheel for two-wheeled vehicles; not wearing a helmet; people from 14 to under 16 years old driving motorbikes; handing over vehicles to people who do not meet the conditions to drive vehicles.
Functional agencies decided to confiscate the vehicle; issued a warning to N.D. M; and fined the vehicle owner 9 million VND for the act of handing over the vehicle to a person who did not meet the conditions and fined the person sitting behind 250,000 VND for not wearing a helmet.
The Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police said that it will continue to strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations of traffic order and safety, especially cases of filming clips and posting them on social networks causing adverse effects in the community.
