On April 15, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police) said that the unit had just verified and made a record of handling a case of a student violating traffic safety order.

For related violations, this student was fined 18.5 million VND and had the vehicle confiscated according to regulations.
According to Road Traffic Police Team No. 6, at about 8 am on the same day, a clip appeared on social networks recording images of a motorbike with license plate 48AF-091XX traveling on the Ho Chi Minh road (old National Highway 14), swerving, zigzagging and carrying a person sitting behind without a helmet. Immediately after that, the unit directed verification and clarification to handle according to regulations.
Through verification, at about 6:20 am on the same day, at Km 1871+150 on the Ho Chi Minh road, the driver was Tr. Đ. Tr. H (16 years old), a student of Dak Song High School, carrying a classmate on his way to class.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 coordinated with Truong Xuan Commune Police, school and family to work and handle the case. At the functional agency, H admitted all violations.
Based on regulations, the traffic police force made a record of administrative violation against H for the offenses of: driving recklessly, swerving; carrying passengers behind without wearing helmets.
At the same time, sanctioning people who hand over vehicles to people who do not meet the conditions to drive vehicles participating in traffic. The total fine is 18.5 million VND, confiscating vehicles according to regulations.
After the incident, the traffic police force coordinated with the school and families to propagate and educate violating students.
Through working, H clearly realized the violations, committed not to re-offend and strictly complied with regulations on traffic order and safety.
