Previously, at about 9 pm on June 13, Thang Truong Commune Police received a report from people about a person suspected of jumping from Binh Nam bridge into the river.

Immediately after that, the commune police force quickly arrived at the scene, coordinating with people to organize searches. In the bridge area, functional forces discovered a motorbike and personal papers in the name of L.P. C, residing in Thang Dien commune, Da Nang city.
After searching overnight, functional forces discovered Mr. C. floating underwater, his health was depleted, unconscious and in critical condition.
At this time, Major Nguyen Thanh Thang - Deputy Head of Thang Truong Commune Police directly performed emergency first aid measures, supported ventilation of the respiratory tract, and artificial respiration to help the victim recover vital signs.
After initial first aid, Thang Truong Commune Police used specialized vehicles to take the victim to a medical facility for emergency treatment, and then transferred him to a higher level for further treatment.
Thanks to being discovered, given first aid and taken to the emergency room in time, the victim was out of danger, discharged from the hospital and returned to his family.
