Of the total 42 units assessed and rated as CCHC in 2024, 26 units have a higher CCHC index than in 2023. Of which, 3 units with an increase of over 5% are the Provincial Police (up 10.06%), the Department of Construction (up 8.29%), Cam Lam District People's Committee (up 6.38%).
There are 16 units with lower indexes in 2023, but all have not changed their ranking results compared to 2023. Khanh Vinh District People's Committee had the largest decrease of 4.89%.
Also according to data reported by the Khanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs, 2024 is the first year that 8/8 district-level People's Committee units have a good CCHC index.
Cam Lam District People's Committee had the highest index increase of 6.38%. Khanh Vinh District People's Committee and Cam Ranh City People's Committee are the only two units with CCHC index in 2024 decreased compared to 2023, respectively 4.89% and 1.59%.
The rate of digitization of administrative procedure settlement results (AP results) of Khanh Hoa by December 2024, on the National Public Service Portal, reached 80.82%; the rate of electronic results reached 86.51%.
Regarding the rate of feedback and recommendations processed on time on the feedback and recommendation system, there are 4 units that did not achieve the maximum score: Department of Transport, People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town, Nha Trang city, Cam Ranh city.
Of which, the People's Committees of Ninh Hoa town, Nha Trang city and Cam Ranh are the 3 localities that have had this criterion deducted for 2 consecutive years.
Regarding the satisfaction rate in handling feedback and recommendations (except for 6 vertical agencies that do not evaluate this criterion), 7/36 units do not achieve the maximum score. The People's Committees of Cam Lam, Dien Khanh districts, Nha Trang City People's Committee and Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee are 5 localities that have had their points deducted for 2 consecutive years.
According to the assessment of the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province, in 2024, the index and CCHC rankings of agencies, units and localities will continue to be maintained, improved and actively changed throughout the province with 40/42 agencies and units ranked well (accounting for 95.24%), the highest ever.
