According to initial information, the incident occurred at around 5:45 p.m. on April 10, at Dong Chanh Lake, Nhuan Trach Commune, Luong Son District.
The victim was identified as B.T.D (born in 2000, hometown Dong Son commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Hoa Binh Provincial Police) coordinated with Nhuan Trach Commune Police and local people to urgently deploy the search.
At around 8:00 a.m. on April 11, the victim's body was found in the lake, about 10 meters from shore.
The body has been handed over to Nhuan Trach Commune Police to carry out procedures according to regulations.
