The seminar program took place at Le Van Thiem Secondary School (Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province).
The seminar was attended by Dr. Vu Thuy Duong - Head of the Publishing Department of the Academy of Journalism and Communication; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VHTTDL), leaders of Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee, the Board of Directors of Le Van Thiem Secondary School and all students of the school.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh - raised the issue: Today's seminar is where we together solve the big question: How to develop a reading culture in the digital age, so that electronic devices are not only entertainment tools but also an effective means to access knowledge?
The opinions and shares of experts, teachers and students will suggest solutions for the reading culture to truly develop strongly and in line with the trend of the times.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh hopes that every teacher, every student, every family will become a companion of books, arousing the passion for reading, making reading a natural part of life, not only to learn, but also to live, to understand, to love.

At the seminar, Dr. Vu Thuy Duong shared about the role of books in nurturing the soul and shaping human personality in the digital age. She affirmed that in the era of information explosion, reading and selecting legitimate and reliable sources of information is especially important.

At the program, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh donated nearly 200 books worth 20 million VND to the library of Le Van Thiem Secondary School; Waka Company also donated electronic bookshelves, helping students access knowledge in a more modern and convenient way.
