Connecting the community, developing a reading culture Coming to Hoa Ninh commune (in An Binh island, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province), we feel very excited with a spacious and airy reading space.
This is a community library founded and invested by Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Trinh - a passionate woman.
Ms. Trinh said that the main goal when building the library is to create an open learning space, helping students and local people have the opportunity to access a rich treasure trove of knowledge.
Currently, the library has more than 10,000 books of all kinds, serving the learning and entertainment needs of the community. The library is receiving books from many individuals, organizations and tourists, aiming to continuously enrich the treasure trove of knowledge.
"This not only helps the library diversify its types of books, but also creates connections between community members and tourists who love reading culture," Ms. Trinh added.

In particular, the library also has a close cooperation with Hoa Ninh High School.Students are encouraged to go to the library to find learning materials and explore useful books.
