According to the Decision of Dong Hai Ward People's Committee, Hai Phong Foreign Trade Logistics and Transportation Joint Stock Company is leased 73,367.99 m2 of land by the State to implement the VIETRANS Hai Phong Logistics System Investment Project. The project objective is to build warehouses, offices and auxiliary works and technical infrastructure to serve logistics activities. The land use term of the project is 50 years, in the form of land lease paid annually by the state.
Previously, the project was approved for investment policy and investor approval by the City People's Committee. The project has a total area of about 73,367.99 m2, with a total investment of about 250 billion VND, aimed at developing a warehouse system, logistics services and technical infrastructure works serving seaport logistics operations. When put into operation, the project will contribute to promoting the development of logistics services, supporting commercial and transportation activities and effectively exploiting the seaport advantages of Hai Phong city.
According to the enterprise's land use status review report, the entire area of 73,367.99 m2 is being managed and used for the right purpose according to the land lease decision for project implementation. The enterprise has fully fulfilled its financial obligations related to land according to state regulations.
Speaking at the Certificate awarding conference, Chairman of Dong Hai Ward People's Committee Nguyen Trong Khiem requested businesses immediately after being granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights to urgently implement investment items, soon put the project into effective operation; thereby creating more jobs for workers, making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality.
The Chairman of the Ward People's Committee also acknowledged and highly appreciated the companionship of Hai Phong Foreign Trade Logistics and Transportation Joint Stock Company with the locality in the past time, especially the active participation in social security activities, supporting cultural and festival activities of the ward. The issuance of land use right certificates this time not only creates a legal basis for businesses to implement projects on schedule, but also affirms the determination of Dong Hai Ward authorities in accompanying businesses, contributing to promoting economic development and improving people's lives in the area.
