On April 29, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that Yen Khanh Commune Police had just summoned, investigated, and clarified 9 young people with acts of carrying weapons and driving motorbikes causing insecurity and disorder in the area.
Previously, at about 2 pm on April 27, during patrols, inspections, and ensuring security and order on road 482E in Yen Khanh commune, the task force of the Commune Police discovered a group of subjects driving 3 motorbikes, carrying swords, beer bottles, homemade cannons and three-section batons. When detecting functional forces, the subjects accelerated and fled.
Immediately after that, Yen Khanh Commune Police deployed professional measures, quickly verified and summoned related subjects to investigate and clarify.
At the police station, the subjects confessed to carrying weapons, driving vehicles on route 482E with the aim of parading for show. Functional forces seized 3 motorbikes, 1 electric motorbike and many weapons including homemade rubber rounds, swords, three-section batons and beer bottles.
Currently, Yen Khanh Commune Police are continuing to consolidate the file and handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
