According to the extract, the incident occurred at 6:11 p.m. on July 13. The 1-minute, 21-second video recorded the entire behavior of the two young men wearing masks, riding each other on a motorbike.
When arriving at house number 38B Tran Nhat Duat, Nha Trang ward, seeing the motorbike parked on the sidewalk with no one watching, the subject wearing a white shirt sitting behind approached and broke the lock to steal the motorbike.
The subject only took 15 seconds to break the car's lock and quickly escaped with his accomplices.
The authorities recommend that people should be vigilant, protect their own property, not leave motorbikes in deserted areas, always lock their neck, lock their belts, use chains or other safety measures to limit the risk of theft.
