To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), the Provincial Military Command coordinated with the Provincial Museum to organize a thematic exhibition "Hung Yen Provincial Armed Forces - The process of building, fighting and growing up".
The exhibition consists of 3 parts. Part I: Hung Yen armed forces were born with the people in the resistance war against French colonialism (1945 - 1954). Part II: Hung Yen armed forces in the resistance war against American imperialism (1954 - 1975). Part III: Hung Yen armed forces build and protect the Fatherland from 1975 to present.
With nearly 200 documents, artifacts, models, teaching aids, typical images and through the explanations of tour guides, the museum has promoted and introduced to visitors the glorious tradition of patriotism and revolutionary struggle, and outlined the process of building, fighting and growing up of the Armed Forces of Hung Yen province.
Through the exhibition activities to propagate, educate, foster patriotism, the revolutionary fighting tradition of the Armed Forces of Hung Yen province for all classes of people, especially the young generation, thereby creating motivation, striving to compete to achieve many achievements contributing to the cause of building the homeland of Hung Yen to become more and more prosperous and civilized.
The exhibition will run from December 10 to December 25, 2024 at the Provincial Museum.
