In the early morning of November 14, 2025, while patrolling and controlling the area of landmark 1316(2), Cua Khau village, Hoanh Mo commune, Quang Ninh province, the working group of Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station discovered two subjects driving a motorbike carrying goods with suspicious signs.
When the authorities signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection, the subjects took advantage of the dark night and the rugged mountainous terrain to throw the vehicle away from the scene.

All exhibits and vehicles were taken to the Hoanh Mo Border Guard Station to make a record, preserve and serve the initial investigation.
The unit is continuing to deploy professional measures, coordinate with local authorities to search for related subjects, clarify the purpose of transporting the above gas cylinders for handling according to the provisions of law.
