On May 11, Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department) in coordination with Road Management Office II. 4, Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police and related units organized a conference to disseminate laws on traffic order and safety at Son Thuy Secondary School, Le Ninh commune, Quang Tri province.
The activity aims to equip teachers and students with legal knowledge on traffic order and safety, and at the same time raise awareness of self-discipline in law compliance, contributing to preventing traffic accidents in school age.
At the conference, functional forces assessed the traffic law compliance situation of students, analyzed the causes of traffic accidents and guided safe driving skills.
Notably, the content of propaganda also focuses on warning about the act of throwing soil and rocks from overpasses or areas outside fences into the North-South expressway, an act that potentially causes serious traffic accidents.
In addition, students are disseminated some legal regulations related to road traffic, common violations and penalties according to current regulations.
Within the framework of the program, coordinating units organized signing commitments to comply with the law on traffic order and safety between schools and students.
Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4 and other units also presented 20 helmets to students in difficult circumstances at Son Thuy Secondary School.
According to the plan, the program will be held in the schoolyard of Son Thuy Secondary School with the participation of representatives of the traffic police force, road management agencies, local authorities, teachers and students of the school.
