Since the beginning of 2024, the Cam Le - Hoa Vang Tax Department (Da Nang City) has signed a contract to authorize the collection of non-agricultural land use tax in 2024 with the People's Committees of 11 communes in the district. After receiving taxpayers' dossiers transferred by the People's Committees of the communes, the tax authority calculates taxes, issues tax payment notices on the centralized tax management application (TMS application) and sends them to the People's Committees of the communes to send to taxpayers within the prescribed time. As of November 26, the total number of taxpayers under management is 43,974 households, an increase of 3,903 households compared to 2023.
The Cam Le - Hoa Vang Tax Department said that last October, it coordinated with the People's Committee of Hoa Khuong Commune (Hoa Vang District) to pilot the application of Non-agricultural Land Use Tax Management collected by electronic receipts. And in 2025, this application will be deployed throughout Hoa Vang District.
In the coming time, the Cam Le - Hoa Vang Regional Tax Department will continue to standardize personal tax code data towards the goal of using personal identification numbers as personal tax codes. Actively coordinate with the People's Committees of communes to review and compare tax obligations between the Tax Department and the People's Committees of communes.
Advise the District People's Committee to deploy the eTax Mobile application on smart mobile devices to all taxpayers. The eTax Mobile application facilitates and ensures safety, security, and good support for taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations (tax registration, declaration, tax payment, tax obligation lookup) anytime, anywhere with an internet connection. This will help people save time and money because they do not have to go to the Tax Office or Bank.
In addition to the eTax Mobile application, the Cam Le - Hoa Vang Regional Tax Department continues to coordinate the implementation of the application for Managing non-agricultural land use tax collected by electronic receipts for 11 communes in 2025. Minimize risks in using paper receipts, reduce costs of printing, storing and copying records, shorten time and reduce the amount of work that must be done manually such as printing notices, writing receipts, marking receipts, sending receipts in the software and tax notices to taxpayers, and paying receipts.
