Initial information, the incident occurred at around 6:40 a.m. on October 23 at km 82+450 of National Highway 37 in Ninhhap 5 residential group, Chu Van An ward. The tractor-trailer driven by Mr. H.V.T (born in 1997, residing in Yen Phuc commune, Lang Son province) in the direction of Chu Van An intersection to Binh bridge collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. D.V.Y (born in 2019, residing in Tran Nhan Tong ward) traveling in the same direction. As a result, Mr. Y died at the scene.
On the same day, there were 2 other accidents in the area, including a serious traffic accident. The incident occurred at around 6:15 a.m. on the inter-village road of Kim Thanh commune. A motorbike driven by Mr. T.V.T (born in 1975, residing in Kim Thanh commune) towards the rocket site to Dong Xa Nam church collided with a motorbike driven by L.V.N (born in 1983, residing in Kim Thanh commune) towards Dong Xa Bac village - Tan Tien. The collision caused Mr. T to be injured and die at the hospital.
The causes of the accidents are being investigated and clarified.
