Hanoi - Thach That commune established 4 working groups to organize coercion against cases of administrative violations in the field of land in two days, May 21 and 22.

Implementing Plan No. 192/KH-UBND dated May 12, 2026 of Thach That Commune People's Committee on organizing the implementation of coercive decisions forcing the implementation of remedial measures for cases of land violations in the commune (phase 2), on May 21, the Commune People's Committee launched a campaign to organize coercion against violating cases.

Through actual inspection, some households have voluntarily dismantled violating works.

However, there are still 21 cases in the area that have not voluntarily complied or have not completely dismantled the violating works.

The main works are iron frame workshops, corrugated iron roofs, concrete yards and illegal soil dumping activities that change the current state of land use.

According to the plan, the coercion work was deployed in two days, May 21 and May 22. Thach That Commune People's Committee mobilized a large force to participate, closely coordinated and divided into 4 teams to perform the task.

Team 1, led by Mr. Tran Hoang Linh - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, is in charge of handling violations in hamlet 2, hamlet 4, hamlet 6 (belonging to the old Dai Dong commune).

Team 2, under the responsibility of Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, carried out handling in Kim Trung village, Kim Quan Industrial Cluster (Lang Kim 2 village), Mo Nong village, Pho San village and Phu Tan village.

Team 3, headed by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Chinh - Head of the Economic Department of the commune, handled violations in Lai Thuong and Ngu Son villages (belonging to the old Lai Thuong commune).

Team 4, led by Mr. Nguyen Doan Luy - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, is handling violations in Thanh Cau village, Hoang Xa village and Lai Thuong village.

Participating in coordinating the implementation of tasks are comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; departments, agencies, branches, socio-political organizations; Commune General Service Center; Police, Military, grassroots security forces and leaders of villages with violating households.

At the scene, after announcing the enforcement decisions, functional forces proceeded to zone protection, move assets and dismantle the violating works in accordance with the law.

The legal team and professional department shall make records and record the entire coercion process to ensure objectivity, publicity, and transparency.

Previously, Thach That Commune People's Committee had repeatedly organized working sessions and direct dialogues with violating households; and at the same time promoted propaganda to mobilize people to voluntarily comply.

Thanks to careful preparation of human resources, technical means, and plans to ensure labor safety and environmental sanitation, coercion work took place smoothly, safely, and in accordance with regulations, maintaining security and order in the area.

The organization of coercion this time continues to demonstrate the resolute spirit of Thach That Commune People's Committee in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of land, restoring discipline in law enforcement, contributing to building a stable and civilized locality.
