On May 21, the Phuc Tho Commune Coercive Committee (Hanoi) organized coercion to implement the decision to recover land to serve site clearance for the project of building technical infrastructure and auctioning land in Truong Yen area (phase 2) for Mr. Duong Van Thuy's household, Phu Long 1 village and Mr. Nguyen Van Tien's household, Phu Long 3 village.
The enforcement location for Mr. Duong Van Thuy's household is at land plot No. 93; Mr. Nguyen Van Tien's household is at land plot No. 199, land clearance map certified by Phuc Tho District People's Committee on December 15, 2024 to implement the technical infrastructure construction project for the Truong Yen area land auction (phase 2).
Clearly defining the meaning and importance of site clearance for the project implementation progress, in the past time, Phuc Tho Commune People's Committee has focused on leading and directing drastically; mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, departments, branches, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, and residential villages to promote propaganda, mobilization, and organize many direct dialogues with related households to ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of people in accordance with the law on land, compensation, support and site clearance.
However, despite being fully propagated, mobilized, and explained about mechanisms, policies, rights and obligations, the 2 households still did not agree and did not comply with the land acquisition decision.
On that basis, to ensure the strictness of the law and project implementation progress, the Phuc Tho Commune Coercive Committee is forced to organize coercion to implement the land acquisition decision in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures.
The entire coercion work has been completed according to the plan, ensuring full order and procedures according to the provisions of law, contributing to ensuring the project implementation progress, and at the same time affirming the strictness in the organization of law enforcement by the Phuc Tho commune government.
