On January 10, at the announcement ceremony of Cultural and Reputable Enterprises in 2025 - a voting and ranking program directed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), 2-9 Dak Lak Import-Export Co., Ltd. (Simexco Daklak) was ranked TOP 20 enterprises with the highest ranking of the award.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Simexco Daklak is a 100% state-owned enterprise, fully implementing the provisions of law in production and business activities, financial and labor management. The enterprise maintains a transparent and disciplined management mechanism, ensuring the effective and safe use of capital and in accordance with development goals.
In fiscal year 2024-2025, Simexco Daklak achieved total revenue of 18,189 billion VND, export turnover of 634.3 million USD, thereby continuing to affirm its role as a pillar enterprise of Dak Lak and the Central Highlands region in the agricultural export value chain.
According to VCCI's evaluation criteria, corporate culture is considered through policies for employees and the working environment. Simexco Daklak currently maintains stable jobs for employees, fully implements social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes; and at the same time focuses on training, improving professional capacity and labor discipline.
The Program "Cultural and Reputable Enterprises" built by VCCI aims to recognize and honor typical businesses in complying with the law, transparency in governance, building a healthy business culture and sustainable development.
The voting process is implemented seriously and impartially, based on a system of comprehensive criteria on economic efficiency, social responsibility, human resource development and building corporate culture.
