According to initial information, car BKS 34C-232. 29 driven by Nguyen Duc Tuan (born June 26, 1977, permanent residence in Le Thanh Nghi, Hai Phong City) collided with car BKS 34H-063. 31, trailer 34RM-005. 02 driven by Pham Van Chuc (born in 1991, permanent residence in Thai Tan, Hai Phong City).
After the collision, car 34H-063. 31 and trailer 34RM-005. 02 crashed into the semi-roof building of Mr. Hoang Van Sang and Ms. Dao Thi Bich's household, causing the wall to crack and collapse.
