Xe ô tô tải do anh B.V.L (sinh năm 1990, trú phường Đoài Phương, Hà Nội) điều khiển đi từ quốc lộ 10 rẽ vào TL360 thì va chạm xe mô tô do chị Đ.T.T (sinh năm 1992) điều khiển đi thẳng quốc lộ 10, phía sau chở chị V.T.N (sinh năm 1995, cùng trú phường Nam Triệu).
