At about 11 am on April 20, at the foot of Phu Xa overpass on Chua Ve street, Km 104+900 National Highway 5, Dong Hai ward, Hai Phong city, a road traffic accident occurred.
Accordingly, truck 15H-001. 80 driven by Mr. D. Q. T (born 2001, residing in Hai Thinh commune, Ninh Binh province) was traveling in the direction from Phu Xa bridge towards intersection 128. When the car was turning right into Nam Phat container yard, it collided with motorbike 36B2-637. 66 driven by Mr. L.D. S (born 1973, residing in Tho Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province) traveling in the same direction. As a result, Mr. L.D. S died, 2 vehicles were damaged.
The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. D. Q. T driving the truck changed direction unsafely, not paying attention to observation; Mr. L.D. S driving the motorbike did not pay attention to observation, did not slow down to be able to stop safely when there were obstacles on the road.
Currently, the case is being investigated and handled according to regulations.
