At about 8:23 pm on April 18, at km 0+850 m of road 62m, Tu Minh ward, a serious accident occurred. At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. N.H. K (born in 1982, residing in Gia Loc commune, Hai Phong) heading from Gia Loc to Tu Minh collided with a truck driven by Mr. P.V. T (born in 1987, residing in Nam Sach commune, Hai Phong) parked on the right side of the motorbike in the same direction. As a result, Mr. K was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 11 pm on the same day, Mr. K died at home. The preliminary cause of the accident was that Mr. K was not paying attention to observation while driving.
Previously, at 5:45 pm on the same day, at km 6+400 DH 195 road in Tien Lu village, Hai Hung commune, a traffic accident also occurred between a motorbike driven by P.Q. V (born in 2010, 10th grade student of Le Quy Don High School - Nguyen Luong Bang commune) going in the direction of Vu Xa village - TL393 and a bicycle driven by Mr. V.V.A (born in 1962, residing in Vu Xa village) in the same direction. As a result, both people were injured. The initial cause was that V. did not pay attention to observation and caused the accident.
