The accident happened at about 11:30 am on April 10 on Pham Ngoc Thach street, passing through Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at the above time, a driver of about 30 years old was driving a truck with Ho Chi Minh City license plate from National Highway 13 into Pham Ngoc Thach street.
When just entering Pham Ngoc Thach street for about 50m, the truck suddenly lost control and rushed to the left, crashing into the fence of the Phuoc Kien five-way underpass construction site.
When the accident happened, fortunately, the vehicles in the same direction behind kịp thời dodged, and there was no chain collision.

At the scene, the truck crashed and collapsed about 15m of the fence of the Phuoc Kien five-way underpass construction site. After the accident, a container truck helped pull the truck out of the scene. The accident caused traffic jams lasting nearly 30 minutes.
It is known that the Phuoc Kien five-way underpass project across National Highway 13 has a total investment of about 1,050 billion VND. The construction site is located on the side of Pham Ngoc Thach street (8-lane road). A section of road about 200 m from Binh Duong General Hospital to National Highway 13 is fenced with 3 car lanes on each side. Currently, vehicles can only circulate in 1 lane in each direction.
