On June 9, Long Hai Commune Police (HCMC) discovered 2 modified gas-powered motorbikes in the area and conducted an administrative inspection.
Through initial inspection, both vehicles did not have legal papers and did not have license plates. Notably, the motorcycle engine system was initially modified and changed to use gas instead of ordinary gasoline fuel.
Identifying Mr. H (39 years old) - owner of a gas business store in Long Hai - as the owner of the above 2 vehicles, Long Hai Commune Police invited this person to work. Through this, Mr. H admitted to arbitrarily changing the structure and modification of the fuel system of the vehicles to run on gas, serving the transportation and delivery of gas to customers.
Therefore, Long Hai Commune Police made a record of violation, temporarily seized the above 2 vehicles and handed them over to the Southern Saigon Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) for further handling according to regulations.
