On May 23, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the unit had just coordinated with Hoa Loi Group to organize a conference to summarize 4 years of implementing the coordination program to ensure security and order between the Economic Security Department and Hoa Loi Group; and at the same time signed a new phase of coordination program.
According to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, from 2008, Hoa Loi Group began investing in Thanh Hoa with Sunjade Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., located in Le Mon Industrial Park, Quang Phu ward.
This is one of the first FDI enterprises in the leather and footwear sector in the province, creating jobs for about 10,000 workers. With the support and facilitation of the Vietnamese Government and Thanh Hoa province, to date, after more than 18 years of investment, Hoa Loi Group has 23 factories that have been put into operation in 20 communes and wards in the province, with a total investment of more than 1 billion USD, creating jobs for about 120,000 workers.
In the process of developing and expanding production scale, Hoa Loi Group always identifies ensuring security and order at factories as an important task, associated with the stability and development of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise always pays attention to building a safe and stable working environment, proactively preventing and handling risks arising related to security, order, labor disputes, and collective work stoppages.
To promote the effectiveness of this work, the Group regularly coordinates with the police force, departments, functional sectors and local Party committees and authorities to organize propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; regulations on labor, insurance, security, order, crime prevention, social evils and methods and tricks of criminals, especially "black credit" among workers and laborers.
Promoting the core role in ensuring worker security, the Economic Security Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has proactively advised the Director of the Provincial Police to report to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to issue the Project "Preventing and resolving illegal mass gatherings, disrupting security and order of workers in enterprises in Thanh Hoa province".
Along with that, the unit strengthens grasping the situation, advising on plans and plans to ensure security and order in economic zones and industrial parks; synchronously deploying solutions to prevent and combat "black credit", crime and potential factors affecting workers' security.
From December 2022 to now, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have prosecuted 48 cases of "lending at high interest rates in civil transactions", prosecuting 74 defendants.
At the conference, representatives of units and localities discussed and evaluated the results of coordination in ensuring security and order at enterprises under Hoa Loi Group. Representatives of relevant units of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and Hoa Loi Group also signed a coordination program to ensure security and order in the new period.
