On January 1st, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, through reviewing and grasping the situation in cyberspace, Nam Dong Hung Commune Police just discovered a social network account commenting on the Facebook page of Nam Dong Hung Commune Police force, along with content commenting with inappropriate and offensive language, affecting the security and order situation in the area.
Immediately after the discovery, the Commune Police urgently carried out professional measures to verify and clarify the incident.
The results determined that the account holder was K.M.D (born in 1991, residing in Tra Ly ward, Hung Yen province), currently working freelance in Tran Lam ward, Hung Yen province.
At the police station, K.M.D honestly confessed his actions, expressed remorse and clearly realized that posting unstandard content and comments on social networks was inappropriate, mainly stemming from a lack of understanding of the law.
K.M.D affirmed that he had no intention of insulting or defaming the police force, and was not incited or lured by any organization or individual.
Based on the nature and severity of the violation, Nam Dong Hung Commune Police proceeded to remind, educate, and request K.M.D to write a commitment not to re-offend.
