Previously, at around 9:30 a.m. on October 15, Vinh Am Commune Police discovered that the business establishment of Mr. D.V.M (born in 1984 in Tan Bao village, Vinh Am commune, Hai Phong) was trading in foreign-labeled functional foods, suspected of unknown origin, and at risk affecting the health of consumers. Mr. M also did not list prices for these products.
The authorities determined that Mr. D.V.M had committed administrative violations of "trading in goods of unknown origin" and "Not posting prices of goods". Vinh Am Commune Police have drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. D.V.M for the above two acts with a total amount of 8.75 million VND.
