Bonus level for Cultural Residential Group

The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Clause 2, Article 50 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the bonus level for collectives as follows:

a) The title of "Excellent Labor Collective", "Determined-to-Win Unit" is awarded a Certificate, framework and is rewarded 1.5 times the basic salary;

b) The title of "Advanced Labor Collective" and "Advanced Unit" is awarded 0.8 times the basic salary;

c) Typical title of commune, ward, or special zone is awarded a Certificate, framework and is rewarded with 2.0 times the basic salary;

d) The title of a cultural village or residential group is awarded a Certificate, a framework and is rewarded 1.5 times the basic salary;

d) The title of "Emulation Flag of the Government" is awarded with a flag and is rewarded with 12.0 times the basic salary;

e) Emulation flag title of ministries, departments, branches, and provinces awarded with flags and rewarded with 8.0 times the basic salary;

g) Emulation flag title of military regions, military companies, military branches, general departments and equivalents under the Ministry of National Defense, Government Cipher Committee; Emulation flag of the National University is awarded and is rewarded with 6.0 times the basic salary.

According to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month.

Thus, from July 1, 2025, if the Residential Group is awarded the title of Cultural Residential Group, it will be rewarded with VND 3,510,000 (VND 2,340,000 x 1.5) according to the above regulations.
