In the atmosphere of the whole country jubilantly celebrating the success of the 14th Party Congress, the 16th National Assembly election and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; practically towards the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026), the 72nd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2026), the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), the 67th anniversary of the Opening of the Ho Chi Minh Trail - Traditional Day of Truong Son Soldiers (May 19, 1959 - May 19, 2026), the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee directed the organization of the political art program "Echoes of the Fatherland" at 8:00 PM on April 28th at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).
The program is divided into 2 parts including: Part I (90 minutes) has 3 chapters: "Epic Song on the Bronze Drum", "Echoes of History", "Aspiration for Vietnam" will be broadcast live on VTV1; Part II (60 minutes) is dedicated to the young generation, broadcast live on VTVgo. The ending will be a brilliant fireworks display in the capital's sky.
The program is expected to have the participation of about 40,000 spectators and more than 2,000 artists, actors and 500 officers and soldiers of the people's armed forces.

One of the highlights of the program "Echoes of the Fatherland" is a new way of expression, taking the image of bronze drums as a xuyên suốt image, combining real-scene performances with symphonic music, light music, Rock and modern stage and projection techniques, thereby recreating revolutionary historical traditions, the cultural beauty of the nation and creating an emotional and lingering artistic space.
The program features an instrumental performance by the Symphony Orchestra and Thanh Am Xanh group, under the direction of conductor Dong Quang Vinh, along with the convergence of many generations of artists, many performance styles and musical languages creating a unique identity: Heroic yet profound, modern yet imbued with national identity.
With its scale, staging ideas and consistent political message, "Echoes of the Fatherland" promises to become a prominent cultural and artistic event in 2026, contributing to fostering patriotism, arousing the aspiration to contribute and the responsibility to join hands in building and firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland; and at the same time conveying a message about a brave, united, creative and steadfast Vietnam in the new era of development.
