According to the OPlus music group, #VN1945 is a special music project with the desire to "reune" revolutionary music in a modern and positive direction. The 4 members of the group hope to convey the message that red music is not only about the past but also represents the strong patriotism and any generation is proud and happy to listen.
With modern arrangements and singing methods, conveying the feelings of the next generation, OPlus hopes to contribute to preserving red music in a close, new and proud way. Through that, #VN1945 will be a link between the generation born in the wartime, post-war and today's Gen Z generation.

#VN1945 is a project with a starting point but no limit on the ending point, OPlus will extend and expand this project as a mission to spread not only to the audience but also to artists and young culturalists.
The project started with 7 songs, including 5 famous works and familiar works to many generations of audiences including: "Doi Ban Quoc Van" (Phan Huynh Dieu), "Tieng ce den Soc Bom Bo" (Xuan Hong), "Tinh ca" (Hoang Viet), "Noi la xa" (The Song), "Ho Chi Minh Song" (Ewan MacColl, musician Phu An wrote Vietnamese lyrics) and 2 new songs composed by the OPlus group itself, which are "Nghe an trang Lac Hong" and "Nguoi la trang".
Singer Quang Minh - Head of OPlus revealed that the song "Doi Ban Quoc Quan" sung in the Acapella style brings novelty and impression.

It is known that OPlus, consisting of 4 members, were born in 1988 and 1989 - this is the last generation of the 20th century, born during the period when the country began to innovate, and there is only one decade left until the 21st century, so this "generation" is called the Gen Y generation.
A generation born in peace, right in the period of national renewal, and raised with the initial confusion about digital technology, both "without" the heroism of the previous generation, and not updating and mastering technology early like the "digital generation" Gen Z, therefore, many people think that Gen Y is a disadvantaged generation.
However, it is that " disadvantage" that becomes an advantage, when Gen Y is the "old" generation, stepping foot through two centuries, so there is a mission to connect the " past" and "now", a connection full of understanding.
The connection of the project #VN1945 is not only music, but even the form of identification of the project is implemented according to the idea of the postage stamp - a symbol of the communication line, taking the mark from 1945, the successful year of the August Revolution.

With that idea, the music project #VN1945 was built by OPlus as a time-traveling postal system, where each song is a "historic document" carrying the memories of the nation. The album also makes the audience feel like opening a letter with a stamp from 1945 - a message from the past to the present.
With a harmonious voice and emotional performance style, the group has achieved many successes with new versions of classic songs from many music genres, and especially the red music genre will contribute to preserving and reviving timeless musical values.
Colonel Pham Van Tu - Director of the Army Radio and Television Center always appreciates the creativity of young artists, especially spreading the spirit of patriotism in a unique way that the OPlus group has been striving to implement because for him, "the revolutionary songs that have gone through the years always carry a lot of historical significance".
