The Vietnam - Kazakhstan Friendship Concert Program was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Kazakhstan. The program was attended by high-ranking delegations of the two countries, diplomatic delegations in Astana, a large audience of Kazakhstan and the Vietnamese community at the meeting place.
The program was performed by artists from the Vietnam National Academy of Music and Kazakhstan artists, in which People's Artist Bui Cong Duy - Honored Professor of the National University of Arts of Kazakhstan not only took on the role of Art Director but also performed the Concerto for Violine by composer Felix Mendelssohn.
Not only People's Artist Bui Cong Duy - a cultural bridge between the two countries, the special highlight of the program was having 200 artists performing the 9th Symphony of Beethoven on the Astana Opera House stage.
In addition, Vietnamese artists also impressed the audience of other countries with the monochord performance of Meritorious Artist Bui Le Chi with "Dialogues" by musician Do Hong Quan and "Vietnam, my homeland" by musician Do Nhuan in harmony with the singing voice of People's Artist Quoc Hung.
The program also featured Kazakhstanese world star Dimash. It is known that this Kazakhstan singer, songwriter and multi-uring artist has a very wide range of voice and can sing in 13 different languages.
Evaluating the Vietnam - Kazakhstan friendship concert program, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Nguyen Van Hung emphasized that the event is a vivid demonstration, an important milestone, contributing to strengthening the friendship and developing strategic partnership between Vietnam and Kazakhstan.
According to Minister Nguyen Van Hung, art in general, music in particular always has the mission of connecting and creating empathy because music is the echo of the soul and the voice of the heart.
The notes, lyrics, and sounds of the dan in the concert night created a symphony of the journey and aspiration to build the two countries of Vietnam and Kazakhstan to be stronger and more prosperous, closer to the traditional and loyal relationship.
