On May 16, the Border Guard Command of Hue City held a conference to announce and hand over the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, Colonel Ca Van Lap - Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard was appointed to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Hue City Border Guard Party Committee, term XI, 2020 - 2025.
At the conference, the Hue City Border Guard Party Committee announced Decision No. 2239 dated May 8, 2025 of the Hue City Party Committee on appointing Colonel Ca Van Lap to hold the position of Secretary of the Hue City Border Guard Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Speaking at the task, Colonel Ca Van Lap expressed his honor when the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee trusted the responsibility.
