On July 1, Ngai Tu Commune People's Committee started the construction of a clean water pipeline on the Luu Van Liet canal, passing through Binh Qui, Binh Phu, An Hoa, An Phu hamlets. Attending were the Provincial Police, Provincial Youth Union, and sponsors.
The project is about 1,700m long, with a total budget of 77 million VND from socialized sources. Of which, Cuu Long University supported 20 million, Suoi Mo Coffee Charity Association mobilized 37 million, and local people contributed 20 million.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, 20 soldiers of Cuu Long University, 30 union members of Ngai Tu commune, along with the Police, Military, security and order teams, hamlet teams, militia and people, launched the pipeline construction.
The project aims to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Vinh Long province's establishment and respond to the 2026 Summer Volunteer Campaign. When completed, the project will expand clean water supply, improve quality of life, and protect the environment.
