Accordingly, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain in some places, early morning there will be fog in some places. It will be cold; mountainous areas will have severe cold.
The Central Highlands and the South will have some rain. Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
